This week the Danish and Finnish offices came together for a road trip to the Danish West Coast, with a stop at the new forest tower Camp Adventure in Næstved and a swing by Herning to see the great monument of the Geometrical Gardens and Heart - Museum of Contemporary Art....

We had the first user-involvement meeting this week for our courtyard project at Beethovensvej Housing Block. It was great to meet the residents for a chat about the future of their common space. There were a lot of references, ideas, and wishes on the table on how to make the space more usable, green, fun and enjoyable. The process was quite rewarding, and we can’t wait to start sketching!...

We have teamed up with ALA Architects and SITOWISE in the idea-competition to design the future of the junatie area. The area is a traffic node and characterized by the heavy car and train traffic. Our focus is to create clever traffic solutions that densify and transform the area to give it a more urban character, and essentially to put people and human life at the center of the design....

Borgå is one of Finland's oldest cities from 1300. The city is divided into an old middle age town and a newer empire town built after 1840. Borgå Torg was established as a part of the new empire town, where the residents of the city had an influence on how the city should develop. The plan consisted of several parks and recreation areas. The city bloomed and the cultural and sport life was very lively....
