A big welcome to Alina Matveenko – our new employee in our Copenhagen branch.

Alina has a master’s degree from Architecture and Extreme Environments at KADK, a site-specific programme focused on addressing urgent global challenges and explores the intersection between technology, artistic sensibility, culture and environment.

Since her graduation in 2022 she has worked at BIG, building on previous experience as an urban planner after completing her bachelor’s degree.

Alina will primarily work on our planning projects, and she will also contribute to our competitions – staring with the landscape project for the renovation and revitalization of Motalavej.

“I have followed MASU Planning’s work with keen interest for the last couple of years, and I am impressed by their holistic design philosophy. It seems to me that they are serious and loyal to their values, while the distinctive blend of cultural awareness, sustainability and innovative design in their projects truly resonates with me,” Alina says.
